Ready to win a cookbook? I've got a copy of New York chef David Chang's "Momofuku" and I'll share.
Yes, Chang's book has recipes for things like his iconic Steamed Buns With Pork Belly. But it's not all pork. He has fish recipes and the formula for the Red-Eye Mayonnaise with instant coffee and sriracha that he serves with Allan Benton's thinly sliced country ham.
If you've been to New York lately, you've probably waited in line at Noodle Bar, Ssam or Ko. If you haven't, you've probably wondered why everyone is fussing about steamed pork buns. Either way, it's a fascinating book.
OK, here are the rules: Post your name in the comments below. On Wednesday afternoon, we'll do a random drawing and contact the winner. Then I'll mail you the book.
Deadline is Wednesday at noon.

(Oh, just got back from Perth. If you ever go try the meat pies. Amazing)
Pork belly is, I think, this year's yuzu -- and sadly, I've cooked with neither! Can you tell that Top Chef has me craving? I'm crossing my fingers for the book ...

Hi Kathleen,
My two daughters and I often "travel by food." We also travel by plane, car and on foot. In recent months there have been trips to Mississippi, Ohio, New Jersey, New Mexico, Arizona, Florida, San Diego, Chicago, Atlanta, NYC, Canada, Paris, Botswana, Australia and India. So...this cookbook would take us in a new food travel direction. We are packed and ready to go! We'll send a post card!
