OK, this isn't real. It's a mock-up from those crazy kids at The Onion ("Disapproving Michelle Obama To Be Printed On All Fast Food Containers.")

But is it really such a bad message? You don't get arms like hers lifting milkshakes, kids.

    Look at the new Surgeon General and you may think it was from the Onion as well--Over weight and former Burger King consultant.
