It was an easy recipe, I didn't have to worry about pots of salt water sloshing around in the fridge, and the turkey was nice and moist. I was afraid it might be awfully salty, but it wasn't. I didn't have to use any salt in the gravy though, and was glad I tried it before automatically adding salt. I'm saving that recipe!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
